We looked at the sub markets with the largest increase in average price of homes sold. Listed below are the 5 best performing Albuquerque real estate markets 2015. The average price of a home in the Albuquerque real estate market was 1.47%. However, several real estate sub markets in Albuquerque performed much better.

Mortgage rates dip to annual low: Will they stick?
